What Everroam is

Everroam is an iOS app for keeping a private record of the places you have been. You pin a place, give it a date, a note, and photos, and it appears on your globe. It is provided by Thejas Mandya Shashidhara.

Everroam is not a backup service

Everroam is a journal, not a place to store the only copy of anything you care about. Keep your own backups of your photos. Services fail, accounts are lost, and deletion is permanent and immediate — Delete Account erases your memories and stored photos with no way to recover them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost or unrecoverable memories or photos.

Your content is yours

You keep every right you have in the memories, notes, and photos you add. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service for you: to store your content, and to display it back to you in the app. We do not use your content to train models, we do not publish it, and we do not share it with anyone.

Subscriptions

• Everroam is free to use with one pinned memory. The globe itself is always free.
• Everroam Pro is available as an auto-renewable weekly or annual subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase, billed to your Apple Account. Current options and prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Free trials, where offered, convert automatically to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Apple under their terms.

Acceptable use

Use the app as intended and in compliance with the law. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or interfere with the app or its services, and do not upload content you do not have the right to upload.

Intellectual property

The app itself — its artwork, design, and code — is our property or licensed to us. Your license to use it is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable, per Apple's standard EULA. Maps and satellite imagery come from Apple Maps and weather data from Open-Meteo, each under their own terms.

Warranty disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update the app, these terms, or discontinue features. Continued use after a change means acceptance. We may suspend access for abuse.
