What a scratch map can't do
A scratch map is a poster. You scratch the foil off a country, it looks good on a wall, and that's where it ends. It holds no photos, no dates and no story â and it records a country you changed planes in exactly the same way as the month you spent there.
It's also fixed to one wall. Everroam puts the same idea on a globe you carry, where each place opens into what actually happened there.
The digital version, honestly

What you give up
A scratch map is a physical object and a gift. Everroam isn't â it's an iPhone app, it needs your phone to look at, and there is nothing to hang on a wall. If the wall is the point, buy the poster. If the trips are the point, the globe holds far more of them.
